Liberty Corporation as a lawful business entity shall appoint special administration staffs to enforce strict conduct upon any interests of individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘personal data’) for the protection of persona data by prescribing the duties to be exercised appropriate supervision over the trustee to ensure the security control of the entrusted personal data. - Specification of the purpose within the scope
Liberty Corporation shall obtain personal data with the prior consent of the person. - Restriction of provision to a third party
Liberty Corporation shall not, except in the following cases, provide personal data to a third party without the prior consent of the person :-
(1) Upon the prior consent of the person.
(2) Cases in which Liberty Corporation entrust the personal data in whole or in part within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of utilization requested by our clients. - Supervision of trustees
When Liberty Corporation entrust an individual or a business operator with the handling personal data in whole or in part, Liberty Corporation shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the trustee to ensure the security control of the entrusted personal data by mutual consent contract as in duty bound. - Act on the protection of personal information and amendments
Liberty Corporation shall be responsible for comprehensively formulating and implementing measures necessary for ensuring the proper handling of personal data in conforming with the purpose of this Act.
Liberty Corporation shall also apply mutatis mutandis to amendments to the basic policy in order to promote for the betterment of this Act.
