Rental Article Confirmation of your choice.

Our staff will take you to the on-site guidance. Upon your acceptance, please fill out a rental lease contract form. Upon inquiry of your contract form, the landlord might not accept your retan lease contract.

Closing the Rental Lease Contract.

At the time of submittance of all the necessary Rental Lease Contract, ask you to prepare any necessary contract deposit payments. You shall be requested to sign and seal on the Rental Lease Contract. The landlord shall be requested also to sign and seal on the Rental Lease Contract.

Moving into the article.

Will perform the on-site 'moving-in' inspection and the 'key' transaction procedure. We will be able to handle all the necessary arrangements for the utility services of the article by your request.
